3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require:

• An initial deposit before work begins
• Milestone payments as agreed upon
• Final payment before the transfer of final deliverables

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive all agreed-upon rights to the final deliverables. We retain rights to:

• Display the work in our portfolio
• Reuse non-custom code components
• Reference the project in our marketing materials

5. Project Timeline

Project timelines will be established in individual agreements. Delays caused by late client feedback or material submission may affect delivery dates.

6. Revisions and Changes

The number of revisions and scope of changes will be specified in individual project agreements. Additional changes may incur extra charges.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Payment will be required for all work completed up to the termination date.
